Who are we?
The Healthlink Crew are a multifaceted company focussed on delivering delicious, contemporary food with a modern twist. Our head office is based in Burwood, with our 6 cafe sites found within popular Aquatic and Recreation Centres. We also provide catering from small to large private and corporate events. The Crew have also extended the brand to provide a new sub-brand, called Portions - delivering fresh, nutritious and ready-made meals.

The Administrative involves all general day to day operations of the business Communicating with our Cafe Crew, Wholesale and Catering clients

Marketing and Sales is responsible for creating marketing collateral, advertising and POS material, coordinating promotional campaigns, social media and digital graphics in accordance with The Healthlink Crew brand guidelines and standards.

You would be responsible for setting out marketing plans and sales strategies that convert to good growth in sales

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous Graphic Design experience, retain creative flare, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to self manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • creating POS material and signage for stores
  • digital content creation
  • confident in using Adobe and Canva
  • photographing + editing food at catering events
  • assisting with social media management, planning and scheduling, trend research, and responding to customer enquiries and copywriting
  • creating presentations consistent with brand requirements
  • website maintenance, liaising with our web developers including changes to copy + images (will be shown how to use the backend) any experience in Wordpress or Shopify is a bonus
  • assisting with day to day sales and marketing functions
  • assisting in planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
  • supporting sales and marketing in generating leads and managing customer relationships
  • Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask on a range of projects
  • Detail orientated, archiving and general administrative duties
  • Must have a pleasant, can do attitude and adaptable to all types of day-to-day situations
  • Administration skills with knowledge in common Microsoft Office programs

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications
  • proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) and Canva
  • proven Graphic Design experience
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • extensive knowledge of social media channels
  • superior attention to detail
  • highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • self-motivated and proactive

Desirable Skills:

  • photography
  • sales conversion
  • customer service experience
  • Interest in healthy eating, wellness, nutrition

Experience:

  • Marketing 2 years (required)
  • Running a corporate/business social media accounts: 1 years (required)

Work Eligibility:

  • The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required)
  • The successful applicant must have unrestricted Australian working rights

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
