Your will have an end to end responsibility from handling customer quotes, sales and delivery enquiries, reviewing in stock and incoming goods for orders, to coordinating dispatch of customer orders with our dispatch and accounts manager. Your ultimate goal is to support our Victorian and National team to ensure we are building lasting relationships with our Trade and Retail customers while growing the business in a profitable manner.

Your ResponsibilitiesResponding to customer sales and delivery enquiries in a timely and caring manner.Providing product selection advice as requiredCo-ordination of Customer Quotes and OrdersProcessing sales orders ready for deliveryManaging relationships and bookings with incoming and outgoing freight companiesEnsuring effective communication and co-ordination of dispatching orders and stock management with warehouse and operations staff.Assisting with showroom sales and arketing activities as required.Working closely with the accounts and dispatch manager to co-ordinate delivery of customer orders.Resolving customer service issuesEnsuring relevant operational proccesses are efficient and effectiveOther sales and admin duties as required.
