The Client & The Role
Join a progressive and growing firm in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with over 50 staff in accounting and financial planning Our client is looking for someone at an intermediate level, who has approximately 2-3 years’ previous experience within public practice and who is looking to grow with them!
The Duties
- Tax returns, FBT returns, BAS and other compliance matters
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with regulatory, accounting & financial reporting standards
- Prepare Business Activity Statements and quarterly & annual tax compliance matters
- Work closely in the team and start reviewing work from junior staff members
The Applicant
- 2- 3+ years’ experience in Business Services & Tax within public practice
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related fields
- In the process of completing the CA or CPA
- Live reasonably locally in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne
