Position Available: GAT / Exam Supervisors
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated exam supervisors to join our team and help ensure the smooth and fair administration of our examinations. As a GAT / Exam Supervisor you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our exams and creating a supportive environment for all students.
Exam Supervisors cannot be:
- Related to or associated with any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 and 4 study in 2025.
- Teaching or tutoring any student in a VCE Unit 3 and 4 study in 2025.
- Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students undertaking a VCE Units 3 and 4 study in 2025, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking external VCE assessment materials on behalf of a school in 2025.
- Employed by John Paul College in any capacity, including as a teacher, casual relief teacher (CRT) or a member of the administration staff.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work on Tuesday 17 June, 2025
- VIT Registration or hold a valid WWCC
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills and the ability to connect with students
