Position: Chef Specializing in South and North Indian Curries Shift: Morning Hours
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and innovate authentic South and North Indian menu items while preserving traditional flavors.
• Ensure consistent food quality, stunning presentation, and timely service.
• Maintain a clean and compliant kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and procure high-quality ingredients.
• Train, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance existing recipes and create exciting new dishes.
