About The Role...

As a Fabricator Support Business Development , you will be crucial in supporting the fabricators we work with and driving business growth within the aluminium and home-building sectors. Your key responsibilities will include liaising with fabricators to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions, and developing strategies to enhance product offerings, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will also assist in the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, managing relationships, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators and clients in the aluminium and home-building sectors.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise to fabricators, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Identify business development opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted strategies for growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, offering solutions to improve product delivery and performance.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for new business opportunities and projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, product supply, and timely deliveries.


About You:

  • Previous experience in business development, account management, or sales support, preferably within the aluminium, construction, or home-building industries.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes and materials, particularly in the aluminium and home-building sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, clients, and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A degree or qualification in construction management, business development, or a related field is advantageous
