Property Manager - Northcote Office
This is a rare opportunity to work for a friendly, collaborative, well trained and professional office of 15+ staff in Northcote. This role is available only due to growth, and splitting of portfolio's to help out current staff as have taken on new listings.
Join a premium Melbourne brand that has been established for over 50 years, with a focus on team training, development, working together and support (with accounts + admin support) that specialises in high end sales propert this is a great place to work in Property Management, with what we would say is an average tenure of employment of multiple years! People stay here & are remunerated amongst the best in the industry!
With clean portfolios of modern, high quality homes in the inner suburbs & surrounds, you will manage 160 properties with support. You will also have the opportunity to continue to grow the portfolio & earn commissions for doing so!
Hours : Mon-Fri 9-5pm and time in lieu provided for any weekends worked!
Work under genuine, positive and capable directors who comes from high end real estate and really care about their team
JOB DUTIES:
- Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
- Management your own portfolio of 150 properties
- Client facing & relationship management
- Maintenance
- Routines (with support)
- Application processing (with leasing support)
- Compliance
- Exit Inspections, Entry inspections
- Using Property Me

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (must have managed own portfolio prior)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
