Property Manager - Northcote OfficeThis is a rare opportunity to work for a friendly, collaborative, well trained and professional office of 15+ staff in Northcote. This role is available only due to growth, and splitting of portfolio's to help out current staff as have taken on new listings.

Hours : Mon-Fri 9-5pm and time in lieu provided for any weekends worked!

JOB DUTIES:
- Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
- Management your own portfolio of 150 properties
- Client facing & relationship management
- Maintenance
- Routines (with support)
- Application processing (with leasing support)
- Compliance
- Exit Inspections, Entry inspections
- Using Property Me

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (must have managed own portfolio prior)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
