What you will be doing -
As a Property Development and Project Management expert, you will be crucial in overseeing diverse projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end development process, from conceptualisation to completion.
- Conducting feasibility studies and due diligence on potential projects.
- Negotiating and securing projects, permits, and approvals.
- Coordinating project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and quality control.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster strong relationships.
- Proven experience in development fesabilties and acquisitions
- Bachelor's in a relevant field
- Ability to lead pre-construction tasks, managing multiple consultants and project stakeholders
- History of conducting tender and design reviews, including management of D&C contracts.
- Built form project experience - apartments, shopping centres, childcare and commercial offices.
- Estate master expereince
- Ability to lead PCG meetings
