Mecca Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Superannuation Team Leader to join our client’s Superannuation Products business unit. This role is pivotal in leading operational excellence, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Superannuation Products business unit, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met.
- Provide coaching, development, and motivation to the team, fostering a member-centric service culture.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement strategic plans and deliver business objectives.
- Monitor workflows, compile performance reports, and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Oversee compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and service agreements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and represent the team in client meetings.
- Minimum 4+ years of leadership experience within superannuation services.
- Strong coaching, training, and leadership skills with experience in performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the life insurance industry (desirable) and RG 146 qualification (desirable).
- Proven ability in project and change management, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management practices, and business process optimization.
