About the Role
As an Export Coordinator , you will manage and maintain our Export Program , ensuring that products meet Australian and International compliance requirements . You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure export eligible product, associated documentation, certifications, and factory procedures are compliant to DAFF, Importing countries and customer requirements.
This is a 6-month contract role , with the potential to become permanent .
Responsibilities
- Manage the export program , ensuring compliance with Australian and destination country requirements .
- Prepare and manage export documentation , including meat transfer certificates and chain-of-custody records.
- Ensure third-party suppliers (meat, packaging, transport, warehousing) are export-registered and certified.
- Manage product lifecycle updates , including market access changes and approvals.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, audits and regulatory inspections.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on export processes within the factory.

- Strong knowledge of international food regulations and export documentation .
