Background
There is a need to implement MS Fabric to replace ageing reporting software. A vendor has been selected and funding approved to implement.
Scope
Implement MS fabric to replace BIQuery across the organisation.

Skills and experience:
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to develop and maintain effective and harmonious relationships with key stakeholders and project team members.
- Proven experience, expertise and effective skills in all areas of managing IT projects such as procurement, managing technical staff, project planning and implementation, producing and maintaining project documentation, managing changes and shifting priorities, handling relevant governance and reporting, and delivering project outcomes on time and on budget.
- Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills , demonstrating initiative and flexibility in issue resolution and solution discovery.
- Proven excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
- Coordination of Activities: Work with stakeholders to coordinate timeframes and deliverables.
- Project board: Select, plan and run project board meetings
- Project documentation: Develop project documentation in alignment with PRINCE2 project methodology, including risk management, financial management, and project schedule management for reporting to the project board.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between business units and project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Vendor Management: Work with the vendor to ensure they meet the agreed upon deliverables.
