Description:
About the role:The Property Administrator will support the retail team by ensuring the efficient execution of property management tasks and acting as the primary contact for tenants and stakeholders.
Duties:
- Manage all property administrative duties such as handling incoming calls, mail handling, key register maintenance and raising purchase orders
- Manage all clerical requirements such as contact lists, complaints registers, noise registers, and other essential documentation as directed by the Property Manager
- Monthly collection of tenant sales data, data unput and report generation
- Assist the Property Manager with data entry, lease administration and courier and mail distribution
- Manage debt collection process, minimising arrears, and manage tenant payment
- Review and action fixed and CPI rent reviews
- Work with finance team to prepare annual Outgoings Statements
- Respond to tenant enquiries
- Experience within shopping centre management or in the property industry is highly advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills
- Skilled in conflict resolution, with a calm and tactful approach to handling disputes
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in producing clear, articulate written correspondence
- Ability to learn and understand property specific terminology and confidently liaise with industry professionals
