Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment of Early Career and New Graduate Speech Pathologists
- Oversight of the SP professional development program in partnership with the Clinical Director & Chief of Operations
- Facilitate early career training, supervision, and observations to foster growth and skill development
- Manage the clinical supervision framework to ensure quality and consistency across the team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Manage a reduced caseload while overseeing operational aspects of the team - supervision responsiblities included in billable target
- Cultivate a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that empowers our team members to thrive
- Design group programs for NDIS clients
- Competitive salary starting at $100,000 - $120,000 + Super

- Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Clinican supervision experience
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

- Drivers license and own vehicle
