CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking experienced Civil Labourers with minor plant tickets looking to gain experience for immediate starts across Ipswich, QLD.Role & Responsibilities:
As a Civil Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with earthworks and excavation
- Trenching, backfilling, and compacting materials
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure tasks
- Setting up temporary fencing and signage
- Operation of Tipper Truck - HR Licence required
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
- Pay: $35-38/hour + Penalties + Allowances

- Multiple sites, have your choice of work close to home
- Current Drivers Licence - MR or HR desirable
- Blue/White Construction card
- Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc.
- RII/OHS Machinery tickets desirableeg. Roller, Front-End Loader, Compactor
- Proven experience as a civil labourer
- Familiarity with construction tools and heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
