CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Brisbane team. In this role, you'll help deliver quality workforce solutions across diverse industries throughout Australia. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you'll be a key player in driving recruitment success and supporting clients in meeting their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Advertise job vacancies across various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple industries.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, as well as thorough reference checks.
• Present candidate profiles to clients, manage communications, and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong talent database, ensuring regular engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in recruitment across various industries (blue-collar, white-collar, or both).
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• A self-motivated, energetic individual with a strong work ethic.
• Must hold a current driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle.
