About Sarina State High School
Sarina State High School is a regional school of approximately 850 students, situated close to beautiful beaches and rainforest, a short 25-minute drive to Mackay. About the Role
- Provide leadership and guidance for implementing innovative measures to improve student learning outcomes and attendance in schools with a significant percentage of disadvantaged students, ensuring quality learning outcomes for all.
- Prepare all data returns for the Principal as requested.
- Provide management and engagement strategies, including induction activities for new arrivals, and advise on their academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Monitor students' individual performance and behavior and develop and implement intervention strategies as necessary.
