About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Officer / Scheduler to join our team in Melbourne . In this role, you will report to the Service Scheduling Coordinator, ensuring smooth rostering of our support workers while delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and staff.

Your role is crucial in upholding our SONA® (Happiness) values by providing a seamless experience for those we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
  • Efficiently manage staff rosters to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Work in alignment with BallyCara’s mission, vision, and values to create a positive impact.


Skills and Experiences:

About You

We’re seeking someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in rostering/scheduling (preferably in home care or a similar setting).
  • Certificate III in Human Services, Administration, or a related field (Diploma qualifications highly regarded).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Experience in shared inbox management and team coordination to ensure client-directed care.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in IT systems and administration.
  • A kind, positive, and compassionate nature, with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Knowledge of community-based aged care services (desirable).


Requirements

  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses).
