Location: The Brainwell Collective (various locations/travel as required)
Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 + 11.5% superannuation (commensurate with experience)
Additional: $0.92 per km travel reimbursement | Performance-Based Bonuses | IT Support

Overview
The Brainwell Collective is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you’ll provide person-centred assessment and intervention across multiple funding streams, including NDIS, NIISQ, HCP, and DVA. What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 plus 11.5% superannuation , dependent on experience.
  • Performance-Based Bonuses: between 5% - 10% of base salary, quarterly reviewed
  • Travel Reimbursement: $0.92 per km for approved work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for clients under NDIS, NIISQ, HCP, and DVA.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services aimed at maximising client independence and quality of life.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with each funding body’s requirements.
  • Contribute to service innovation, quality improvement, and the overall growth of The Brainwell Collective.

About You

  • Qualifications & Registration: Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • Funding Scheme Expertise: Experience working with NDIS and familiarity with NIISQ, HCP, or DVA processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, carers, and professional networks.
  • Organised & Self-Directed: Adept at managing your caseload and meeting deadlines, while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
