Location: The Brainwell Collective (various locations/travel as required)
Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 + 11.5% superannuation (commensurate with experience)
Additional: $0.92 per km travel reimbursement | Performance-Based Bonuses | IT Support
Overview
The Brainwell Collective is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you’ll provide person-centred assessment and intervention across multiple funding streams, including NDIS, NIISQ, HCP, and DVA. What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 plus 11.5% superannuation , dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for clients under NDIS, NIISQ, HCP, and DVA.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services aimed at maximising client independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with each funding body’s requirements.
- Contribute to service innovation, quality improvement, and the overall growth of The Brainwell Collective.
About You
- Qualifications & Registration: Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Funding Scheme Expertise: Experience working with NDIS and familiarity with NIISQ, HCP, or DVA processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, carers, and professional networks.
- Organised & Self-Directed: Adept at managing your caseload and meeting deadlines, while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
