Choices Family Day Care, is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, dedicated, dynamic and professional Family Day Care Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Daycare Manager. The position is a full-time position.

You will have :
* Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience in Family Day Care preferred.
* Management skills including leadership, team building, and marketing.
* Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and all relevant statutory requirements.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of child protection legislation.
* Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
* Ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders including staff, educators, parents, ECEC personnel, community organizations and early childhood professionals to achieve best outcomes.
* Time management: - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Positive Working with Children check (blue card), National Police Check, RA (Proda) & Driver’s license.
