Bolt + Buckle by Indepal is a growing men's lifestyle brand. We are known for creating a relaxed and laid-back shopping experience, and for high quality fashion, gifting and leather products for the guys. Our mission is to support men in “crafting their story” - their look, their style, and simply to create a great shopping experience. We have stores in Brisbane Arcade, Murwillumbah (the heart of Northern Rivers NSW) and soon to be a 3rd.
“Indepal” (our leather goods brand) started at the Powerhouse markets 13 years ago. After 8 years and significant growth in Brisbane Arcade , we have recently moved to a larger store with exciting new fashion brands for men.
Your new role
Working in a unique leather goods, men's fashion and gift store, you will enjoy our client base, be part of a team highly passionate about the brand and excellence in the customer experience, and have the opportunity to display your creative skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Retail assistant 2 to 3 days per week
- Support the team in excelling in customer experience
- Stock management, receiving and transferring goods, labelling
- Support with visual merchandising
- Collaborating with the office manager and other stores
What you'll need to succeed
- A can-do, positive attitude with determination to succeed
- A love for meeting people, enjoying conversation and providing the ultimate in customer experience
- An attention to detail and an organised approach
- A good understanding of the retail environment, merchandising, and maximising the customer experience
- A good balance of enjoying working in a team and independently
- Strong communication skills
Non essential skills that would be viewed favourably:
- Ability to use microsoft Excel, Word, and use of Google documents
- Use of Retail Express
