About The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager , you will be responsible for the successful operation of the overall business within this busy supermarket. You will be responsible for the team management, development and P&L whilst ensuring the highest quality of goods are being presented and are available to your customers.
Skills & Experience
- Previous Supermarket Management experience essential
- Fresh Produce experience essential
- The ability to train and develop staff
- Full P&L accountability
- Control department costs such as wastage, wages and other operational costs
- Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
- Food safety standards
