- A starting salary of $78,000 (inclusive of superannuation and ICP) plus additional perks

- Internal Audit & Financial Advisory (IAFA) – an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organisation's operations. It evaluates the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes to help the organisation achieve its objectives.
- Risk & Compliance (R&C) – this speciality helps organisations assess risk and develop solutions to manage their risk and compliance in an effective manner. Our team of former industry leaders, regulators and subject matter experts help our clients plan and execute solutions to protect their business and enable growth.
- Business Process Improvement (BPI) – set out to review and uplift a business’ processes and procedures on a wide level to make genuine, value adding improvements. This might include people advisory services, digital finance transformation, or portfolio and project management.
Business Graduate
As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Planning and scoping project objectives
- Conducting research and fieldwork to diagnose business issues
- Documenting insights and forming recommendations
- Preparing deliverables for clients
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
- To have completed your degree within the last two years
- Valid working rights in Australia (Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa allowing full-time work for 2-5 years)
- Availability to start full-time work in February 2026
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges
- Prior work experience or internships in professional services or a related field
