This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
Role Overview:
This role entails overseeing the delivery of projects and/or technical work packages from initiation through to closure within a PRINCE2 framework. The primary focus is on ensuring governance, compliance, and organisational objectives are met while achieving realisable benefits
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities and resources to deliver results within budget and deadlines.
Create project documentation aligned with organizational policies and Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP governance standards.
Implement project governance and assurance practices effectively
Develop and execute plans for communication, organizational change, and benefit realisation as needed
Engage with project stakeholders, including executives, senior users, suppliers, management, and fellow project managers.
Manage risks, issues, conflicts, change requests, and priorities effectively.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Provide direction and support for the project team.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting on project progress for all stakeholders
Ensure adherence to governance and compliance in project administration.
Measure success by delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget parameters.
Recent experience delivering application or COTS projects in an Agile environment is preferred.
Undertake additional duties as required.
May involve quarterly KPIs and require experience across both public and private sectors.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Prince2 Practitioner certification.
Experience in software development projects.
Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Project.
