THE ROLE
Aviary Rooftop is on the lookout for experienced and talented Food & Beverage Attendants who enjoy delivering an outstanding level of service, where exceeding expectations is the minimum standard. Aviary aims to take guests on a journey from the time they enter to the time they leave. This can involve working behind the bar, welcoming guests upon arrival and acting as a host to their experience and running food and drinks.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- You must be confident in making cocktails and the ability to learn and experiment with new and exciting recipes
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage in a high-end restaurant or bar
- Current QLD RSA Certificate
- Be willing to engage with guests and provide 5-star service
- Be friendly, fast and efficient, as well as confident and reliable
Must be available Wednesday - Sunday nights.
