Join our Brisbane Depot as an Administrator and play a critical role in our operations. We are looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success.Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Admin & Data Entry Focused – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and managing information.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Quick thinking and effective decision-making
- Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent Communication – Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) – Transport experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right candidate
- Manifesting consignments – Ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
- Coordinating load planning & operational support – Assist in efficient transport management.
- Processing & managing customer orders – Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborating with operational staff – Meet all customer requirements effectively.
- Overseeing freight bookings & time slot allocations – Maintain smooth logistics operations.
- Debriefing driver paperwork – Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Assisting with depot pallet control – Support efficient inventory management.
- Ensuring accurate documentation & compliance – Adhere to all transport industry regulations and standards.
