This National Allied Health organisation offers extensive support to all its clinicians as they are out serving the community. Using online messaging, clinicians can stay in regular touch with the Senior leadership team who can provide clinical support throughout the day. Benefits:

• Salary ranging from $78,000 - $130,000 including super, depending on your experience
• Comprehensive onboarding over your first two weeks; work shadowing (discipline specific and multidisciplinary)
• Weekly or fortnightly supervision from clinical lead tailored to your needs
• Weekly mentoring on how to work with different clients to support your professional development
• Access to online messaging platforms where Senior Clinicians are online all day and will answer your clinical questions within 10mins
• Gradual build up of caseload over 12 weeks from when you start with an aim to hit 5 billable hours per day after this period
• Work flexibility; choose your working hours (between 7am-7pm) and structure your calendar to suit you
• Office hub (near Moorooka) stocked with free snacks and beverages where you can work if you wish
• Ample opportunities for career progression and leadership training
• Bonus structure - earn up to $3000 per quarter for consistently hitting your billable targets

What you will be doing:
You will be conducting initial assessments of NDIS clients out in the community (schools & homes), creating tailored therapy plans incorporating evidence based practices, facilitating therapy sessions, writing progress notes and using them to create NDIS reports. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and engage in fortnightly in house, online trainings to facilitate your professional development.
The Team Vibe:
Depending on your location, you will have support from a team of 8-10 speech pathologists in your area who you will engage in regular professional development with. You will also have the opportunity to get together with your team for social events such as dinner out and team building days.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers license and own vehicle
