About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Lawyer to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will manage a diverse caseload, including motor vehicle accident claims, workplace injuries, public liability, and TPD claims. With a consistent flow of new matters, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while benefiting from strong mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied personal injury caseload with autonomy
• Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients
• Conduct negotiations and court proceedings as required
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced legal professionals

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defendant)
• Strong knowledge of Queensland personal injury legislation
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
• A client-focused approach with strong communication abilities
