In your role, you will be conducting initial assessments with a mixed ages NDIS caseload, creating tailored therapy plans, writing progress notes and NDIS reports to track your clients progress. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you have the option to engage in weekly or fortnightly supervision sessions with a Senior Speech Pathologists to receive support with your caseload and ask any clinical questions you may have.
Additionally, you will be participating in monthly multidisciplinary complex cases training sessions that will further grow your practice, in addition to being provided a $1000 professional development allowance to undertake external courses that will further support your development as an Speech Pathologist.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
