Piling Project Engineer

ConsultANZ is looking for experienced Piling Project Engineers to support multiple projects across Brisbane. Our client is a renowned specialist in Piling and Ground Engineering in Australia, offering an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the industry.
ABOUT YOU:

• Strong background in piling with expertise in all aspects of foundation construction.
• Hands-on experience with modern piling techniques and ground engineering solutions.
• Proficient in handling engineering documentation and site records.
• Team player with the ability to lead and drive project execution.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and foremen to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Verify that all works are executed as per specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee the installation of temporary works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop short-term project schedules as required.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments to support site activities.
• Track and document project variations and additional works for monthly reporting.
• Maintain a comprehensive daily site diary to monitor project progress.
• Ensure all records and project documentation are properly managed and filed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering or construction.
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in piling, foundation construction, or ground engineering.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments.
