This is an incredible time to join a team that continues to showcase its professionalism and passion for Home Care, increase its footprint, and make a difference in all the local communities it is a part of.In this critical role, you’ll apply your leadership skills and manage clinical teams across the Home Care division, including Registered Nurses and Allied Health professionals. You’ll be essential to our leadership team and enjoy a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
The role:
- Manage clinical governance and quality standards within the Home Care division
- Maintain guidelines and policies aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Oversee clinical risk management, including incident reporting and audits
- Support and mentor clinical staff to promote continuous learning.
- Monitor clinical quality and safety performance indicators
- Provide leadership to the clinical team to enhance care, policy, and client outcomes
- Registered Nurse and hold a current AHPRA registration
- Have demonstrated experience with Home Care and excellent clinical knowledge
- Knowledge of MAC and Aged Care funding streams
- Demonstrated experience of community-based care and support services
- An innovative and dynamic approach to the provision of care
- Ability to manage a budget effectively, work in a team environment, and autonomously
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (dated within the last 3 years)
- Evidence of Covid 19 vaccinations (3)
