We are looking for a professional Human Resource Manager. You will be an excellent communicator with team organisation and management abilities, able to ensure that all duties are dealt with positively, on time and to a high standard.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead the development, management, and review of HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolve employee grievances,
- Offer direction on HR-related matters, encompassing conflict mediation, employment concerns, and performance oversight.
- Recruitment and staff selection duties including conducting interviews, ensuring staff retention, running training and introductory sessions and management of employee relations
- Assess staff training, learning, and professional development needs and monitor delivery against those needs
- Contribute to development of HR strategic and operational plan as well as HR budget
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs encompass managing salaries, processing payrolls, and handling employee enrollment
To be successful in this role you have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Deep understanding of workforce dynamics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
