With three branches located in Hobart, Mornington, and Brighton, we cover all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. we are now seeking an innovative and experienced Production Engineer to enhance our service excellence in Hobart, Tasmania.

Your Mission:

As a Production Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our service innovation, ensuring our workshop operates with precision and efficiency. Whether it’s routine maintenance or complex diagnostics, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the gold standard of automotive services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance and Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures for automotive systems, ensuring every repair meets the highest industry standards.
  • Innovation in Automation: Lead the integration of automation technologies to enhance the efficiency and precision of our workshop operations.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Provide expert consultation and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Advanced Diagnostics and Repairs: Master the intricacies of complex automotive systems, including advanced air-conditioning, ADAS, and key components for autonomous vehicles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, staying abreast of the latest advancements in automotive technology to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Workshop Efficiency: Streamline workshop processes to improve turnaround times for services without compromising on quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the strategic management of parts and tools inventory, ensuring readiness for a wide range of automotive services.
  • Staff Training and Development: Conduct technical training sessions for staff, focusing on advanced automotive systems and the latest repair techniques.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with Automotive or a related field as your area of expertise.
  • Extensive experience in quality management, process optimization, and technical training.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a customer-centric approach.
