What can you expect to be doing?
- Leading and empowering administration and rostering teams across multiple sites
- Driving efficiencies through system improvements, workflow mapping, and business process reviews
- Overseeing end-to-end administration functions including rosters, reporting, compliance, procurement, and stock control
- Fostering a customer-first culture aligned with person-centred care principles
- Collaborating across sites and programs to deliver consistent, high-quality business support
- Leading the charge on continuous improvement, innovation, and team development
- Monitoring KPI performance and contributing to planning, projects and service delivery outcomes
What do you need to bring?
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar, with 4+ years in leadership/management roles
- Experience leading business support functions in a complex, people-centered environment
- A track record of driving change, uplifting systems and building high-functioning teams
- Advanced IT skills to support reporting, analytics, and workflow design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing demands
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of older people and their communities
