Job Description:
Are you someone with a true startup mindset, not someone confined to a 9-to-5 mentality? if yes, then join our company as an UX Designer for our start-up software development line. Ideal candidate can start on late April/early May 2025. The candidate should be also able to handle customer communication, domain research, and various ad-hoc tasks. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly designs, researching specific domains, gathering customer insights, and communicating feedback to the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
User Experience (UX):
- Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for our products.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
- Ability to write report & present report to leaders and manager.
Domain Research:
- Research specific domains such as asset management, education, and others.
- Apply insights from domain research to design solutions that meet standards and user needs.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices within relevant domains.
Customer Communication & Insight Detection:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback. Document customer requirements.
- Continuously detect customer insights and pain points. Contribute to resolving customer issues and ensuring their feedback is used to improve the user experience.
- Communicate key findings and feedback directly to the development team for product improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design with business goals.
Ad-Hoc Tasks & Multi-Tasking:
- Handle various tasks assigned by team leader/manager as they arise, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with a positive attitude.
- Assist other team member from other teams when needed.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. Strong verbal & written skills in English.
- Ability to write report & present report
- Strong UX design skills, including wireframing and prototyping & logic thinking.
- Ability to conduct thorough research in domains like asset management, education, and other product/services of our company.
- Ability to detect insights and effectively relay feedback to the development team.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Work schedule:
- must be able to work 2-3 days per week, must attend office on every Wednesday & Friday for meeting & training purpose.
- working hours can be flexible & negotiable.
