What you’ll do
Tutti Arts is seeking a dynamic part-time Communications, Marketing & Development Manager to elevate our brand and drive engagement. As a key leader, you’ll craft compelling campaigns, build strong partnerships, and support fundraising efforts—all while ensuring our messaging aligns with Tutti’s bold vision.

As a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Communications, Marketing, and Development Manager plays a key strategic role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of Tutti Arts. This role includes leading a small team and is responsible for ensuring that all marketing, branding, and communications initiatives align with Tutti Arts’ Strategic Plan, business objectives, and core values. The position focuses on building audience engagement, strengthening partnerships, supporting philanthropic efforts, and positioning Tutti Arts as a leader in Disability Arts. Through well-executed campaigns and consistent messaging, the role ensures that Tutti’s programs, artists, and creative outcomes receive the recognition and support they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing & Communications – Develop strategy, manage branding, media, digital channels, and events to promote Tutti’s programs and impact.
- Engage & Build Relationships – Oversee stakeholder engagement and key promotional activities to enhance Tutti’s reach and reputation.
- Manage Communications & Content – Oversee databases, email distribution, and key content, including the Annual Report and promotional materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Ensure clear, high-quality communication with staff, artists, donors, media, and industry partners while attending key events.
- Philanthropy & Partnerships – Develop strategy, secure funding, and manage donor and sponsor relationships.
- Manage Events & Reporting – Oversee events, evaluate impact, and support grant submissions.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, with proven success in marketing and communications
- Understanding of branding and strategic marketing concepts, content creation, data analytics and web analytics using tools like Google Analytics
- Digital marketing skills and experience with proficiency in various digital marketing platforms to effectively manage online communication and drive engagement across various channels.
- Disability and/or Arts sector experience
Bonus points
- Understanding of the Social Model of Disability.
- Knowledge of NDIS.
