CELOTTI WORKFORCE has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Customer Service Officer to work with our Government Sector client in Darwin, NT.Duties :
- Assist customers over the counter by providing assistance, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries.
- Respond to phone calls promptly and professionally, resolving customer issues and providing information.
- Process payments accurately and issue receipts, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- 3 months contract
- Monday to Friday
- $44.92 per hour
- 10:30AM-2:30PM working schedule
- Certificate III in Local Government / Business Administration / Customer Engagement or equivalent qualification and/or experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
- Be able to obtain a National Police Records Check.
- Drivers Licence C Class.
