Job Description
As our next Reception Team Leader, you will work a variety of shifts including reception shifts, and often stepping up as the shift leader / Hotel Duty Manager.
You will...
- Welcome the guests and provides support and leadership to all Reception Team Members.
- Contribute to guest’s satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Ensure department policies and procedures are well understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed. Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
Work Experience, Skills And Attributes...
- Proven reception experience in a fast pace, high volume environment is preferred.
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Prior experience working with OPERA or a related system is a must
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
- Assist in conducting the training for all Front Office Team Members.
- Assist in recruitment, performance review and PDP for the team.
- You must be eligible to live and work in Australia, to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa, with full time working rights.
- Current valid SA RSA
- Holds a current and valid RP Badge
- Hold a current and valid First Aid and CPR certificate
