Roadmac Pty Ltd is a new spray seal company that operates in Western Australia. We are part of the Raubex Group that has more than 50 years' experience in the road construction industry. We are focussed on strong team culture and on providing our employees a safe and energetic work environment.

Roadmac is growing fast, we are therefore looking for experienced crew members that can help build our business and execute our projects to a high standard.

We currently have opportunities for talented and experienced Spray Seal Multi-Skill Operators to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

• Have 10+ years experience in the spray seal industry
• Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Have experience operating the following equipment: Aggregate spreader trucks, precoatering, loaders, rollers, and bitumen sprayers
• A truck license (MC, HC, HR), road train driving experience, and a Dangerous Goods license are advantageous

The role is based in Western Australia's regional areas and is offered on a permanent basis. Interstate candidates will be considered. Please note that successful applicants will need to pass a pre-employment medical, which includes a drug and alcohol test.

We offer an attractive hourly rate that is above market-related rates for the right candidate.
