Description:
Crest Personnel are currently seeking experienced Civil Operators, Labourers and Leading Hands to join our casual team for works in the Perth Metro Area.This will be working for various local government councils. All roles are casual to begin with but will have the opportunity to become a full time position to the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy civil machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, rollers, articulated haul trucks, backhoes, and skid steer loaders.
- Perform earthworks, site preparation, road construction, drainage works, and other civil construction tasks.
- Ensure machinery is maintained and inspected according to safety protocols.
- Work closely with site supervisors and other construction personnel to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of project requirements, including material handling and site organization.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in civil construction.
- Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence (HR or higher preferred).
- Relevant tickets or certifications for machinery operation (e.g., Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Loader, etc.).
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Traffic Management and Controller Tickets
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Availability for ongoing work, with the possibility of overtime and weekend shifts.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
