ERP Project Manager:- 12 months FTE + 12 months extension

The ERP Project Manager will lead the implementation of an ERP system as part of a business transformation program, ensuring successful delivery, alignment with strategic objectives, and seamless integration with existing systems and processes. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, budget, and timelines, and establish clear communication with stakeholders. The ERP Project Manager will proactively address risks, optimise costs, and support change management efforts to drive efficiency and value for the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, addressing roadblocks proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors for seamless execution.
- Oversee data migration activities and ensure system integration with existing processes.
- Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, preferably with Oracle Fusion.
- Strong project management skills, including risk mitigation and budget oversight.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, negotiate, and drive outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or DevOps.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex challenges.
