We are looking for a talented Product Support Representative to join our product team in our branch in Perth. This role will support our mining customers in Western Australia.
About This Role
- As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia
- Manage the engine life database
- Respond to urgent customer requirements – technical and product issues
- Liaise with Key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers.
- Develop strong relationships with our valued customers
- Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer centric approach to business
- Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events
- Mechanical training is desirable but not essential.
