About the Role
- You will be responsible for assisting one of the best Property Managers in the State
- Answering and returning phone calls and emails as required and directed
- Booking and confirming appointments for entry, exit, routine, maintenance, private and open inspections.
- Conducting entry, exit, routine, maintenance, private and open inspections and completing condition reports.
- Managing the lease renewal process with the guidance of the Senior Property Manager.
- Managing the leasing process with the guidance of the Senior Property Manager.
- Preparing and completing tenancy sign-ups and packs.
- Preparing and arranging the signing and issuing of various Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) Forms and notices as instructed.
- Generating, issuing and following up on tenant invoices, including but not limited to, issuing RTA notices as required.
- Maintain high quality standards in delivery of all Property Management services
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation
About You
- 2 years' experience in a similar role within property management
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
- A strong Customer Service focus
- A willingness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude
