About The Role
To support the continued growth within our Projects & Infrastructure Advisory (PIA) team in the Western Australian market, our team is growing!
We have new opportunities for talented and passionate individuals to join the Project & Infrastructure Advisory team at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels (we would consider this as early to mid-career professionals).
You will join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team in Perth dedicated to providing specialist transaction, commercial, financial, and economic advice on a wide range of Infrastructure and Real Estate projects.
We help clients across both the private and public sectors and provide advice spanning all major infrastructure sectors including transport, energy, social infrastructure (health, housing, education, and community infrastructure) as well as real estate asset classes including build to rent, private healthcare, aged care, retirement living and disability housing.
Learn from a national and multidisciplinary team that provides; strategic, economic, commercial and policy advice through a combination of technical and non-technical tools, including business cases and feasibility analyses, strategy assessments, cost benefit analyses, property valuation, economic modelling, and transport modelling.

You will have the opportunity to work on both local and national engagements across a broad range of projects and service offerings offered by our PIA division, as well as being a valued member of BDO Perth.
About You
We are interested in your strengths and where you want to take your career. We embrace a diversity of skills, backgrounds and capabilities, subject to your level of experience who will have or will be capable of:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as commerce, finance, economics, business, engineering, law, real estate or equivalent relevant industry experience associated with infrastructure (for example government infrastructure departments, project delivery teams, infrastructure authorities or Government Trading Enterprises.)A good understanding of commercial and or economic principles with the ability to convey or present complex ideas into simple concepts.Developed research and writing skills to support development of key deliverables including, advisory reports, commercial documents, and business cases.Excel modelling competency to support the development of project feasibilities, cost benefit analysis, financial analysis or economic modelling.You may also hold or wish to work towards Certified Practising Valuer accreditation, or a Real Estate Licence. Additionally, experience in real estate advisory and/or development management would be viewed positively.
