Join Rabobank's 2026 Graduate Program in Technology for domestic and international rotations in a leading agribusiness bank.
Your role
Responsibilities
- Developing technical skills across Infrastructure, Systems, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security.
- Participating in three core stream rotations in architecture, design, hardware, software, networking, data analytics, and cyber security.
- Engaging in short-term rotations in rural branches, Operations, and Risk and Compliance.
- Potentially participating in an international rotation in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
About you
Qualifications
- Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate within the last three years.
- Available to start full-time employment from February 2026.
- Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field.
- Passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
