Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver and evaluate training programs.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives for staff.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training and report on outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with the HR team to identify training needs.
  • Support the implementation of training strategies.
  • Manage training resources and budgets.
  • Assist in the creation of personal development plans.

Requirements:

A successful 'L&D Coordinator should have:

  • A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Conditions:

  • A competitive hourly rate of between AUD 40 - AUD 45.10 plus super, commensurate with skills and experience.
  • Salary packaging benefits.($71,000-$80,000) Permanent Salary.
