Key responsibilities:
- Design, deliver and evaluate training programs.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives for staff.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training and report on outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Work closely with the HR team to identify training needs.
- Support the implementation of training strategies.
- Manage training resources and budgets.
- Assist in the creation of personal development plans.
Requirements:
A successful 'L&D Coordinator should have:
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
