About Your Role
The Senior Oncology Pharmacist, District Cancer Service and Innovation, will develop and deliver high standard clinical pharmacy, dispensary and compounding services to MLHD patients.
The role is also responsible for leading the safe, effective and efficient transition to State Contract (Contract 861) for the supply of pharmaceuticals to MLHD managed oncology services.
In addition to undertaking project and change management activities across MLHD, including setting/achieving clear timelines; reviewing and updating medicines related policies, electronic Medication Management (eMM) systems and approval processes; inventory management; stakeholder engagement and communication with clinicians and other relevant staff at all levels in each oncology clinic within M LHD.
