Through educating students on healthy choices, providing bespoke fresh food options, Chartwells brings the Hight Street food experience to education. But it doesn’t stop at food. We offer personalised solutions with a focus on adding value to the hospitality services in education.
The Position
- Food preparation
- Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording
- Contribute to menu ideas using fresh, local ingredients
- Monitor stock and minimize wastage
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
- Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
The Person
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Working with Children Check is essential, or ability to obtain
- Proficiency with cooking in bulk quantities
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Eye for detail and great with time management
- Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
