We're on the lookout for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive medical practice in Tuggeranong and Jerrabomberra
Location: Tuggeranong 2900 & Jerrabomberra 2619
Salary: 40-45 ph + super (negotiable)
Full time/Part time
About the role:
You will be working with a team of 2-3 Nurses including a Lead Nurse for supervision. Responsilibites include chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
Requirements:
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in General Practice Essential
- Interest in primary health care, health assesments, chronic disease management & care plans
- Strong time management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, but also as part of our team of doctors, nurses and allied health providers.
