Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Provide essential speech pathology/occupatioal therapy services to participants in schools, homes, and the local community.
- Utilize clinical observations and standardized assessments to create individualized treatment goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Mentor graduates and early-career clinicians, if in a senior role.
- Stay informed about current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Current certified practising membership
- Post-graduation experience minimum 1 year
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a diverse caseload.
- A proactive and motivated approach, eager to innovate and learn from new experiences.
- Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
- A genuine passion for the disability sector.
