**The Opportunity** We have a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance division. In this role, you will be exposed to a varied client base across a wide range of industries, giving you the chance to broaden your technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities: \- Work in a team to undertake external audit engagements across a range of industries and sizes. \- Complete planning sections of audit files without supervision. \- Provide mentorship and guidance to our undergraduate and graduate Auditors. \- Assess and analyse financial statements, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations \- Liaise with clients and build strong relationships. \- Provide recommendations to clients after understanding and assessing internal controls. \- Complete assigned work in a timely manner with little to no review points. **About You** \- Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree. \- Have commenced the Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. \- 1+ years External Audit experience. \- Broad industry experience, including experience on client engagement in the following industries: Mining, Manufacturing, Schools, Biotech, Financial Services, Technology, Not-for-profits \- Knowledge of the following software: Caseware, Extractly.ai, Accuri, Cradle Accounting, Xero, Sage, Business Central, SAP. \- Ability to demonstrate sound technical knowledge. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
